Two doc gaps in README.md:

  1. Empty screenshot placeholder — README.md:10 is ![channels in a sidebar, a terminal in an iframe]() with no image. Add a real screenshot of the launcher (sidebar + terminal, ideally a mobile shot too).
  2. Stale mirror comment — README.md:42 says # (or github:<you>/forge once mirrored). Either do the mirror and update the comment, or drop the "once mirrored" wording.
